Matt (inspector) was on time and super informative. He is an expert in his field and has a great amount of experience. As a young homebuyer who didn't know exactly what to look for I appreciated his significant attention to detail and explanation of everything, especially things I may have never noticed. The inspection report was thorough and included detailed reports on what I needed to have fixed or what may need updating.
